PlayStation Now is Sony’s subscription service that allows players to stream or download PS4, PS3, and PS2 games. The Last of Us Part 2 will be available on PlayStation Now until Jan. Subscribers that download the game on their PS5 will also be able to download the PS5 performance patch, allowing them to play the upgraded version of the late-stage PlayStation 4 game. While PlayStation Now is only available for PlayStation 4 (and older) games at the moment, The Last of Us Part 2 will be a slight exception.
